"It was fine, just a little slow"
They helped me out in the end, but it took a while. Not sure if they were short-staffed or what, but the service was okay overall.

"Wipes hold up well"
I’ve been ordering these wipes from honest.com for a while now, and overall they’ve been dependable. They don’t tear easily when I’m dealing with bigger cleanups, which is the main thing I need from a wipe.

I’m taking off a star because they do sometimes stick together in the pack, and I end up pulling out way more than I meant to. If that keeps happening, I might start looking at other brands, but as far as durability goes, I don’t really have complaints

"Fresh scent, no complaints so far"
I actually really like the clean, fresh smell of this. It’s not overpowering or fake, just a nice light scent that makes things feel cleaner. I haven’t had to deal with customer service, which is a plus because I never really trust those departments to be helpful anyway. But the product itself has been good

"Better than I expected"
I wasn’t expecting much at first, especially since the prices aren’t exactly the cheapest. But everything I received ended up feeling really well made and gentle. No weird smell, no cheap texture, nothing that made me regret buying it. It actually felt a lot nicer than I thought it would, so the quality made the price feel fair.

"good packaging, just a bit too much box"
the packaging was solid. everything showed up clean, nothing was damaged, and the bottles didn’t leak at all. the only thing is the box felt a little bigger than it needed to be, with a bunch of extra paper inside. still happy with the order though, and i’d definitely buy again...

"My skin was not a fan"
I really wanted to like Honest products, and I kind of assumed that if something is marketed as gentle, my skin would be fine with it. Nope. I used the lotion and face wash for a few days and ended up with red, itchy patches mostly on my cheeks and neck. My skin isn’t usually that sensitive, so I figured quickly it had to be these products and stopped using them. Went back to my old stuff and my skin calmed down. Just not worth it for me.

"A few of the products worked totally fine..."
A few of the products worked totally fine, but the shampoo just didn’t really do much for my hair. It wasn’t bad or anything, just not something I’d probably buy again. Weirdly, I remember the shampoo smelled a little like those lemon candies my grandma used to keep in her purse, which I didn’t hate. Overall, it was okay, just kind of a mixed bag.

"Shipping was on time, my timing wasn’t"
I’ve ordered from Honest twice now, and both boxes showed up exactly when they were supposed to. Tracking worked fine the whole way too. The only annoying part was just bad timing on my end, one delivery came right when I was out running errands. Not their fault at all though, no real issues...

"I had to dig around way too much..."
I had to dig around way too much just to figure out how to cancel my subscription. It felt unnecessarily frustrating for something that should’ve been simple. after the hassle, I’d expect some kind of compensation or at least a refund for the trouble

"Wish I’d expected a little less"
It does the job on small, everyday messes, so I can’t say it’s bad. But i kind of wish I’d known ahead of time that tougher stains still take a lot of scrubbing. I was hoping it would make cleaning noticeably easier, and it’s just okay.

"Pretty good value, good value most days"
I’ve bought a few Honest products i’ve been happy with them. The quality feels good, good enough for what you’re paying, especially when there’s a deal going on. Some stuff is definitely a little pricey, so I wouldn’t say everything is a bargain, bargain, but the sales help a lot. Shipping was fine too, no issues there. I’d buy again, just probably not every single thing at full price.

"They’re okay, but not my favorite"
These diapers are fine overall, but for some reason they seem to leak sometimes overnight. They work okay during the day, but I’m not totally sold on them for nighttime

"Pretty trustworthy brand overall"
Not gonna lie, I do trust this brand overall and I’ve had a good experience with them. The only thing is that the prices can feel a bit high sometimes, so I usually think twice before buying...

"Easy return, slow refund"
Sending the item back was actually simple, so I thought the whole return would be smooth. But after that, the refund took longer than I expected, and support was a bit slow to respond when I checked in. From my experience, the return process starts off fine, but the waiting afterward is what makes it frustrating

I tried it and it seems fine overall, but I’m still not totally comfortable with the ingredient list. A couple of the names sound kind of chemical to me, so I keep wondering if they’re bad, even though I guess everything has a chemical name technically. It’s probably okay, but I can’t fully stop thinking about it
